How's your arm?Shauna
Fun day at the park! That is a great picture of you two. So cute!
It's getting better, but I still am limited in my movement, and how much I can do with my left arm. Also for some reason I am having muscle cramps and muscle spasms in that arm that HURT!
@Melissa I also LOVED the picture and I was happy that Hannah smiled BIG for the picture, usually she doesn't want to cooperate.
I can relate somewhat because I still have problems with my knee and am not able to walk very well. My friend loaned me a little machine that has pads that you put on the area. It is attatched to a machine that send electric pulses through the pad that stimulate and relax the muscle. It really helps. The chiropractor uses one on me too. Also a friend of mine sent me some sticky medicated pads to put on sore muscles that REALLY work to relieve pain. They come in lime green packets and are called Salonpas. They are made by a company called Hisamitsu. See if you can find some. Shauna
